30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, parts and accessories included.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Opened items where the seal affects safety or hygiene
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact page or email [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your refund is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
